On March 17, 2023 ParaSpace (NFT lending protocol on Ethereum) suffered a price manipulation exploit in the AutoCompoundApe contract allowing attackers to borrow assets with less NFT collateral than required. Security firm BlockSec intercepted the attack and recovered approximately 2,900 ETH ($5M) of BAYC NFTs before the full attack executed.
